HKAI, is a non-profit organization formed by professionals of the conceptual design and structural engineering of outdoor advertising industry. They offer a wide spectrum of outdoor media and advertising services comprising design, production, technology development, material supply, installation, contracting, project dispute resolution and mediation. Members included Authorized Persons of Hong Kong Building Department, registered structural engineer, architects, builders, surveyors, arbitrators and mediators etc.

HKAI's primary objective is to raise the level of professionalism in the industry through quality and innovative advertising education and a high standard of ethic code.
